Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center- Workers’ Rights Program
The Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center (Law Center) provides free community legal advice clinics and services for low-income individuals with consumer, immigration, and workers’ rights matters. Advice Clinics are held during the week and are appointment-based. If you have a legal question about your rights as an employee, consumer law, immigration, or being in debt, please call the Law Center to see if we can assist you.

ASIAN, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening Asian American and other socioeconomically disadvantaged communities in Northern California. Step Forward Foundation
Step Forward Foundation (SFF) is a nonprofit legal aid organization founded in 2009. SFF provides pro bono employment, immigration, family, and consultation legal services to uplift and empower underserved and underrepresented communities. SFF serves survivors of crimes, domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as those who have been persecuted and targeted based on their race, national origin, religion, gender, political opinion, and membership in a particular social group in their home countries.

The Fair Workplace Collaborative
The Fair Workplace Collaborative, comprised of seven local organizations, implements OLSE's Labor Standards Outreach and Education Initiative and the Food Permit Outreach and Education Initiative by serving as resources for businesses in our community. They also provide and support workers’ rights education and compliance information.
OLSE partners with the Fair Workplace Collaborative to provide and support workers’ rights education and compliance information for business owners through its Labor Standards Outreach and Education Initiative. The Collaborative has designed a community-based outreach and education model that relies upon deep organizational relationships in communities of workers that are disproportionately represented within high-risk industries, a pro-bono legal partner comprised of the leading workers' rights law practitioners in Santa Clara County, and business partners with the capacity to serve small and minority-owned businesses.
